Hey,

It'd be nice to clarify the pass condition within 
list-style-position-017. Although I expect the "either" in the pass 
condition to mean one but not both, and I expect that's what the 
emphasis is meant to suggest, I'd rather it was explicitly mentioned. 
(Though it's not been since early medieval English that both has been an 
ordinary meaning for such a phrase.)
