LC-1995, LC-2037: Missing resolutions

Hi guys,

I'm just checking that this is just a mistake.

Two resolutions were not taken last week. From my own recollection of 
the discussions and from what I see in the minutes, I think that's just 
because the scribe forgot to formally take the resolution on IRC.
Am I right?

The two last call comments and resolutions in question are:
