[widget-reqs] File extension for Opera

Currently, the file extension for Opera widgets is listed as ".wdgt". 
However, Opera does not support this, and to my knowledge only supports 
files ending with ".zip".

Also, in the "Runtime" column in the same table, it currently says 
"Opera Browse", which should be "Opera Browser".
