[widget-reqs] File extension for Opera from David Håsäther on 2007-02-05 (public-appformats@w3.org from February 2007)

Currently, the file extension for Opera widgets is listed as ".wdgt". 
However, Opera does not support this, and to my knowledge only supports 
files ending with ".zip".

Also, in the "Runtime" column in the same table, it currently says 
"Opera Browse", which should be "Opera Browser".
