[XBL] Is CSS support required?

Hi.

This is a last call comment on the XBL 2 Editor’s Draft (dated 27
October 2006).

I’d just like to confirm that CSS support is not required for a
conforming XBL implementation.  I can imagine for example SVG Tiny 1.2
implementations that implement XBL 2.0 but not mandating CSS support,
and I wouldn’t want those invalidated.
