Thank you for stating the obvious. I wanted to draw attention to the Health EU FET Flagship program and how good ideas get distorted. Obviously they do not have a clue how to proceed. Personally I find an avatar VERY DANGEROUS because it allows hackers to access through a single point very sensitive and valuable data, which can be monetized in fraudulent schemes with scam clinics and identity thieves to scam health management organizations  out of huge sums of money.
All you need to do is combine a credit card with the avatar and you can through identity theft saddle up the avatar owner with huge ,medical bills.

From my perspective, this is yet another example of favoring style over substance.  I took a look at the site with a mind to convert their about statement to StratML format so that folks like Paola and I aren't forced to waste so much time trying to figure out what they are trying to accomplish.  I concluded that it isn't worth my time.
