qualities of resources we share [Digital Infrastructure for health care]

I wonder, in order to be considerate of the list member's attention and
optimize our time and focus. whether we should agree with some parameters
for sharing information resources

I prefer to focus on what is meaningful and ignore what is meaningless
simply because of volume (there is too much completely pointless stuff out
there) because attention is scarce , but unless I click on links I cannot
tell in advance
I try to open all emails, but because I am flooded with work when I am
online, I may not
(I want to apologise if there are messages that I have not replied to is
because
I may have not seen them, so please ping me if something is pending)

I think to some extent even what is meaningless can be meaningful if
appropriately
interpreted but it costs more effort (critical attention is more expensive
than just looking at something) and we should calculate the trade off of
our eyeballs vs benefit of clicking on a link

I am wasting so much time for example looking for items in the library that
should be there, but for some reason are not. I search for some paper - I
read a dozen research papers a day or so
for my work which the library says should be accessible to me, but when I
look for it I dont find it or cannot open it so I need to write to the
Librarian to find out why, they have to make enquiries with another desk
who has to check the auth token etc. So while I was searching for a paper
on a topic, I become involved and spend time and eyesight and emails. Then
I forget what paper I was looking for and why in the first place and lose
the train of thoughts.

Should we agree that we share resources that we consider good examples
useful to our work in some way, with maybe a line or two
- (I am sharing this link with the CG because it shows that... it adds
that.... etc)

and avoid sharing stuff that does not mean much to us - if some bad
examples must be shared perhaps with a note
- this examples shows what not to do etc

Or something like that? If so we can enter as much in the wiki
