Re: AIKR CG Objectives & Roles

Can I suggest we stick to StratML and CL which is the basis for conceptual structures (see http://www.jfsowa.com/pubs/cg4cs.pdf)?
This way we know we are applying standards in the to be developed general common frame of reference for AI and KR.
Will get back on this and my mission statemennt.

I've long been dreaming about engaging a bunch of students in a brigade to do for public agencies what they should be doing for themselves, i.e., publishing their performance plans and reports in an open, standard, machine-readable format like StratML.  While I've been hoping it might happen in India, I can't imagine the Chinese or Russian government, for example, would stand for that but, hey, I love to be proven wrong ... about such delirious dreams.
 
Far short of that, it would be wonderful if someone could develop a query service that leverages the semantics and structure of the StratML schema as per the requirements outlined at Query/Discovery - Enable not only full-text but also faceted querying and discovery of discrete elements of StratML documents.
 
There are more than 4,000 plans in the StratML collection that can be used for demonstration purposes.  Hopefully, someday the collection will become too valuable to ignore or, at least, to treat as any old unstructured information, as the incumbent full-text indexing services apparently do.

It would be good if we could more explicitly document our proposed deliverables as performance indicators under each of our objectives.
