Re: At-Large Study Committee draft report



Dear Azucena,
The gist of your proposed wording is okay for me. Concerning your comment
about the number of board members I do not see this as being a problem as
the board members do not represent the SOs but the SOs are merely a vehicle
for ensuring a good representation of various interests and communities on
the board. So us not having a view on ICANN overall policy issues does not
impact on 'our' board members and their personal contributions to the board
discussions.
