I believe that Julian was the one that observed that h2 isn't any more
special than http/1.1 here.  Julian?

FWIW, I can live with this.  It's certainly a LOT simpler.  Only
servers with modern stacks are going to handle this properly, and
coupling it to h2 doesn't hurt that much.
