Re: Revising RFC2616 - what's happening

For the moment, I'm looking at the XML format I've used elsewhere;
   http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/addr/issues/

The W3C's Tracker tool looks attractive, but it's pretty specific to  
W3C process and users...
