In section 1, replace the last bullet from

	o A party using an agent implementing the extension wishes
	to use it; the agent declares the use of the extension
	by referencing its URI in an extension declaration
	(see section 3).

to

	o An HTTP client, server, or proxy that implements the
	Mandatory extension mechanism (hereafter called an agent) 
	declares the use of the extension by referencing its URI
	in an extension declaration (see section 3).
