Tidy bug report: process whithout end

Dear all,

         II send you a Web page which causes a no end termination
of the Tidy process. It seems which Tidy enter in a no end loop (or recursion).

NB: The page is missing of </BODY> and </HTML> tags but Tidy is not able
to print the expected error messages and to end correctly the process.

An example of the problem occurs with the document here attached.
