Hello! Some more comments about "5.8 Unicode BIDI Processing" [1]: 1. The example in the last note uses "ID" attribute, instead of "id". 2. 6-th paragraph mentions "override" instead of "bidi-override" as a value of the "unicode-bidi" property. 3. The algorithm, described in "5.8 Unicode BIDI Processing" doesn't say how inline formatting objects like fo:external-graphics or fo:leader should be treated with respect to BIDI processing. I think it should be explicitly stated, that according to BIDI algorithm they should be treated as OBJECT REPLACEMENT CHARACTER (U+FFFC): "For the purpose of the bidirectional algorithm, inline objects (such as graphics) are treated as if they are an OBJECT REPLACEMENT CHARACTER (U+FFFC)."[2] [1] http://www.w3.org/TR/xsl/slice5.html#section-N6720-Unicode-BIDI-Processing [2] http://www.unicode.org/unicode/reports/tr9/ -- Oleg Tkachenko http://www.tkachenko.com/blog Multiconn Technologies, Israel
