RE: [xsl] XPath 2.0

I'll take the liberty of forwarding this one to www-xpath-comments, since it
affects the XPath specification and not XSLT.

We first have to decide whether we want both the operators currently written
as "<<" and "precedes". Then we have to decide how to spell them.
