XHTML examples in XSLT 1.1 draft

All the XHTML generating examples in XSLT 1.1 draft have a namespace
pointing at the text of the XHTML spec 

  xmlns="http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1"

But the text of that spec specifies the namespace

  xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"
