Please would you consider adding a requirement on implementors
to provide a means to define the last page of a document.

Recent discussions on xsl-fo list have debated the role of
floats in displacing a fo:block id="last-page" 
prior to </fo:flow> that it seems
a simple addition to have a feature whereby the stylesheet
writer could have access to the last page, as a number,
for use in pagination (page n of m).

A suggestion has been for a system variable, along the lines
of those provide in XSLT. The syntax I leave up to the WG.
