fo:retrieve-marker

None of the definitions of FOs appear to specifically permit fo:retrive-marker
as a child or as a descendant. The only indication I see of where this FO may
appear is found in 6.11.4:

Consraints:
fo:retrieve-marker is only permitted as the descendant of an fo:static-content.

However, the definition of fo:static-content, in section 6.4.19, does not
mention fo:retrieve-marker.
