Don't display XML with XSL style sheet

why? I don't display the xml document with xsl in ie5beta2,
what wrong I do it. I attach file for you to comment it to me
I write it with xmlspy version 1.0 but it can open with nodepad
please reply my question in this day. Thank you very much.
