Docker images with MorganaXProc-IIIse 1.8.9

     Hello XProc friends,

      For those of you who like to work with Docker containers, I’ve 
prepared the latest version of the MorganaXProc-IIIse engine 1.8.9 
<https://sourceforge.net/projects/morganaxproc-iiise/files/MorganaXProc-IIIse-1.8.9/> with 
the latestcomponent versions 
<https://github.com/daliboris/docker-morganaxproc-iiise/blob/main/xproc/settings.xml>.

Images <https://hub.docker.com/r/daliboris/morganaxproc-iiise> are 
available only for Java 17 and 21, as the latest version of Markup Blitz 
<https://github.com/GuntherRademacher/markup-blitz>—used alongside 
CoffeeFilter for processing ixml—requires Java 17 
<https://github.com/GuntherRademacher/markup-blitz/releases/tag/1.10> or 
higher.

     I have also updated the related docker-morganaxproc-iiise 
<https://github.com/daliboris/docker-morganaxproc-iiise> project for 
automating the generation of Docker images.
