Gradle plugin for MorganaXProc-III or XML Calabash

Hi folks,

With Achim’s help (thank you, Achim!), I’ve retooled the Gradle plugin I wrote for XML Calabash so that it can run either processor. I’ve republished it in the org.xproc namespace and it’s now officially in the Gradle plugin repository. This morning I slapped 1.0.0 on it.
