Yes, exactly. Just like “tag abuse” is about using elements in ways that are inconsistent with their semantics (storing the author initials in the subtitle element, for example, because that’s the only place you have available).

Maybe. I’d like a broader range of use cases for this kind of behavior so that we know what the scope is before we try to describe a step that does it.
