XProc Notations

Hello XProcians and Happy Solstice,

Just now I caught up to Norm's post at
https://so.nwalsh.com/2025/11/10-xproc.txt - very interesting!

I think Norm might have taken this as far as it can go using this approach,
i.e. (IIUC) offering a strict mapping to XProc XML, supporting round-trip
conversion.

Whether there is anything that would better suit users (Norm's final
question), I do not know.

A related question also occurs to me, however, namely what a GUI for XProc
would look like.

Does anyone have any demos or activity to share on that front?

With iXML in the kit, XProc looks ready for great things in 2026.
