New release of XML Resolver

Hi folks,

If you’re using XML Calabash (and maybe if you’re using catalog resolvers
for other things), you may be using my XML Resolver:

In light of the fact that I’ve had a couple of folks approach me
recently with questions about using it in their projects, and the fact
that it’s been in widespread use for a few years, I think I should
bump it up to 1.0.0 sometime soon here.

I pushed out a 0.14.0 release today with a few build changes. I’d
appreciate feedback from anyone who gives it a try!
