Tracking and contributing to spec progress

Hi folks,

I just wanted to say/remind/encourage everyone with an interest in
tracking editorial progress on the spec to follow along on the repo:

In particular, if you see an issue about which you have an opinion[*],
don’t hesitate to add a comment. In particular, Achim and I are waffling
on @select on p:output at the moment:
