XProc 1.0 Recommendation

Hi folks,

I don’t know what prompted the change, but the W3C has accidentally (goodness,
I hope it’s accidental) replaced the 1.0 Recommendation with the 2.0 Note at
http://www.w3.org/TR/xproc/
