XML Calabash 1.1.13 released for Saxon 9.5, 9.6, and 9.7

Hello world,

I’ve just pushed out a 1.1.13 release of XML Calabash. It’s available
for Saxon 9.5, Saxon 9.6, and, with all praise to Florent, Saxon 9.7.

I made a few improvements to the reference documentation, but there
are no other changes from the 1.1.12 release.

If you’re using Saxon 9.7, please take it for a spin and report back.
I’m having trouble with my license key for Saxon EE so I can’t
actually run the tests that require it. I’m just assuming they’ll work
when the license issue is resolved.
