Spec updates

Hi folks,

I attempted to fix issue #30

(Added explicit mention of extension attributes)

and #13

http://xpspectest.nwalsh.com/depends/head/xproc11/#depends

(Added a new 2.5.1 and mentioned the depends attribute down in the
section on syntax summaries.)

Apparently my system for automatically generating diffs hasn’t been
ported over or something. I’ll put that on my list.
