Done.  Damn, I missed the 1.1.14 cut :-)

I fixed it a bit differently than I initially thought.  I am not sure
that setting the Module URI Resolver on the runtime object would have
any effect after having set one on the XQueryCompiler explicitly.  So
I rather check if there is one already, and only if not, then I set
one on the XQuery Compiler...
