XML Calabash not yet Saxon 9.6 compatible

Hi folks,

To save y'all some time, no, you can't use XML Calabash with Saxon
9.6. Yet. Saxonica have changed some APIs in ways I haven't quite
grokked yet. Can't even compile it with 9.6 at the moment.

I'm working on it.
