XML Calabash 1.0.23 released

Hello world,

I'm pleased to say that XML Calabash 1.0.23 is now available:

The only changes in this release are:

1. It's compiled with Java 1.6 again because several folks reported
   difficulties with Java 1.7. (Java 1.6 is problematic too because
   some of the ancillary libraries are now compiled with Java 1.7, but
   they seem to work.)

2. There's a version that supports Saxon 9.6. You must use Saxon
   9.6.0.3j or later. Earlier versions of Saxon 9.6 will not work
   correctly.

3. I have no plans to continue support the Saxon 9.4 branch.
