CI for the XProc spec

Hello world,

If you're interested in following along at home, there's now a Travis
CI job for the XProc spec.

After every commit to the 2.0 spec, you can watch

  https://travis-ci.org/xproc/specification

build

  https://xproc.github.io/specification/langspec/

I believe it will also be possible to automatically generate diff
versions for each pull request, but it'll take me a while to get that
setup.
