XProc test suite (tests) now on github

Hi folks,

This morning, I migrated the tests for the XProc test suite from
subversion to github in github.com/xproc/test-suite

The actual test suite still runs from tests.xproc.org, but that site
now syncs with the github repo.

To propose new tests or changes to tests, please submit a pull
request.

If you're an implementor, you can publish results there by submitting
a pull request as well. I've copied over the current results, but
GitHub doesn't show HTML files very nicely. I banged out a quick
stylesheet to produce AsciiDoc instead. That'll be in the XML Calabash
repo shortly.
