XML Calabash 1.0.10 released (mostly for Saxon 9.5 support)

XML Calabash 1.0.10 is up at http://xmlcalabash.com/

I've probably neglected to do some required Maven dance, but I'll try
to get to it today.

XML Calabash 1.0.10 is available in Saxon 9.4 and Saxon 9.5 flavors.
