XML Calabash 1.0.6

Hi folks,

I've (quietly) put the 1.0.6 distribution online:

If you get a chance to try it out, please let me know if it works for
you. I pulled a lot of patches and hacked a bit. It passes all the
tests and appears to work fine, but it's not been as aggressively
tested as it might have.
