Streaming in XProc

Dear all,

XProc is now reaching the point where users expect performance (at least
the application not to crach with Out Of Memory Exception)

QuiXProc is trying to solve part of this problem by integrating on top of
Calabash, the ability to stream and to do parallel processing

The product is GPL v3 so fill free to use it as it is

If you need support to make it work in some more precise case, then feel
free to ask on this mailing list

We'll try to find the way to make everyone happy
