Adding <!DOCTYPE html> using XProc/Calabash

Hi there,
How do you generate html files with the html 5 DOCTYPE declaration
(<!DOCTYPE html>) using XProc/Calabash?

I tried using <!DOCTYPE html SYSTEM "about:legacy-compat">, but that
caused problems in some contexts.
