EXProc: pxp:zip command="create" and base URIs

  Hi,

  Still about the pxp:zip EXProc step...  The way to link the entries
in the manifest and the documents on the source port, using the base
URIs, is quite clever I think...  Except that it will require to add
an explicit base URI to the documents we want to add to the ZIP, and
that this base URI will be serialized along in the document using an
xml:base attribute.  Which is not (always?) what the user want.

  Is there any way to not serialize the base URI in the generated
document (the new entry within the ZIP file)?
