xmlcalabash.com down?

Are xmlcalabash.com , exproc.org , and xproc.org down?

I have been running pipelines which import the XPL libraries from the servers.  I didn't think I could possible generate enough traffic to get blacklisted, but I'm not sure if that's what happened or if the servers are simply down for whatever reason.  

Can anybody verify?
