When running XProc (Calabash) the following does not work when doing an
transformation XSLT:

 <xsl:text disable-output-escaping='yes'>&lt;</xsl:text>

the output is '&lt;' but running the XSLT in standalone mode the output
is as expected '>'.

Is this a bug or a feature.
