Calabash: Saxon's module URI resolver

  Hi,

  I think Calabash should enable the user to set the Saxon's
module URI resolver through a new command line option as well as
through its Java API.  This is the only way (if I am right) for
the user to define its own XQuery module resolution mechanism.

  If you agree, I will open an issue in the project issue list.
