re p:filter-002

p:filter is essentially p:input with a dynamically computed xpath
expressions, consider the following;

in section 5.1.1 Document Inputs it states

'It is a dynamic error (err:XD0016) if the select expression on a
p:input returns atomic values or anything other than element or
document nodes.'

I think that p:filter-002 should now throw an error and should be
moved (if a test does not already exist) ... I think that calabash for
example now outputs an empty sequence
