This is a great start ! I do think it has some factual errors though. BPEL or atleast BPEL4PEOPLE can interact with people. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BPEL4People Even without the people extensions, there's nothing that prevents the soap based workflows from interacting with people, but the 4people extension does make that easier to explicity specify.
