It is, in particular, the Sun copyright that's the problem. I very nearly changed licenses to Apache when I changed the name, but decided that I couldn't, in good conscience, do that. I'll take a stab at getting a release from Sun, but if that'll succeed or how long that'll take is unclear to me. In the meantime, I'll make every effort to support whatever classes, shims, or other support files are required in the Calabash distribution to make it possible to plug it into products, commercial or otherwise.
