Announce: Calabash 0.8.0

After a great deal of refactoring, I've gotten Calabash back to the
point where it passes more or less the same tests that it did before I
started hacking at it.

The code is cleaner, simpler, and more consistent. It handles
recursion and co-routines. I believe that p:import works now too.

The adventurous may wish to give it a try.

Note: the main driver class is now com.xmlcalabash.drivers.Main
