xproc relax ng schema?

Hello all,

I'm pretty new to XProc, so forgive me if this is an obvious question.
 Is there a Relax NG schema available that describes the XProc
grammar?  It looks like an older draft had a schema, but as far as I
can tell, the current working draft does not.
