you are stating in the "4. Using Various Protocol Bindings" part: "It should
be emphasized again that the only normative binding for SOAP 1.2 messages is
to [HTTP 1.1]." 

 

But at the same time, there is SOAP over Java Message Service 1.0
recommendation from you: http://www.w3.org/TR/soapjms/ Aren't these two
information in conflict?
