Dear Jonathan,

The XMLP WG has decided to close issue 35rec [1] that you raised against 
the XOP specification with the following resolution.

The action parameter, as defined in SOAP 1.2 Adjuncts [2] must have as 
value an absolute URI. Therefore its two occurences in XOP, section 1.2 
Example, Example 2, will be modified to be:

<updated>
action=\"http://www.example.com/ProcessData\"
</updated>

If this resolution to the issue 35rec is NOT acceptable, please let the 
Working Group know as soon as possible.
