"mime/multipart-related" media type?

Hi XMLP WG,

Here is a review comment to MTOM Last Call specification. Sorry about the
late feedback.

Section 4.3.1, the value of "Content-Type" field in the table should be
"multipart/related", not "mime/multipart-related".
