I am completely satisfied with this resolution, thank you. I would note that the term "outer package" is perhaps misleading, as I believe the package in question is outer for XOP but inner to the multipart/related in the case of MTOM. I presume this is only a matter of the wording of your email, in which case no further followup is necessary. In any case, I am as noted above completely satisfied with what I take to be the intent of the resolution.
