Hi Bob,

The XMLP working group discussed PR issue 423 [1] that you raised in 
your email at [2].

The WG decided to remove test T20 from the SOAP Version 1.2 
Specification Assertions and Test Collection document [3] in order to 
resolve the issue.

This will be reflected in the next editor's copy of the SOAP Version 1.2 
Assertion and Test Collection document.

Please let us know if you do not find the resolution satisfactory.
